The Universe was created by Coronado High School art students 2009, This mosaic is truly spectacular. I am so proud of all the kids involved in the designing and making of this piece. This mosaic is made of stained glass, glass tile, ceramic elements, sculptural elements, mirror, dichroic glass, and more. It depicts the vastness of our universe as well as our imaginations. We thank Mr. Carl Sagan for his wonderful quote!
